ALLEN PEARSON - Managing Director
Following graduation Allen spent 4 years gaining experience in manufacturing in the food and drinks industry before moving on to a technical design consultancy working in a wide variety of sectors: telecoms, biotechnology, consumer goods and medical device design. In 1995 Allen formed Origin Product Design which since incorporation has experienced progressive, sustainable growth and currently employees 10 engineers and designers.
Speciality
Allen is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the company, finance and business strategy but also still enjoys an active design role when allowed to by the rest of the team.
Qualifications include
BSc. hons 1st Class. Engineering Product South Bank University, London
Personal goal
Since starting Origin I have worked on so many fascinating projects and worked with some hugely talented and inspirational people including my own team who have worked so hard to make Origin the successful company it now is. We have enjoyed the stability of a dedicated team that over 15 years has remained together.
